The Importance of Hydration | Tip of the Week

Hi everyone! People often ask what’s our secret to feeling great, having energy, or looking good. Many people seem surprised when I tell them how getting enough water for my body plays a very important role. My co-host on this episode, Kathy Wakile, has apparently had the same reactions to that question. a whopping 60% of our body weight is water. Drinking water helps increase blood volume in your body, which in turn increases circulation – and that is important to all of our organs and overall health.
