Hey Guys! Recently I had the honor to sit down the hosts of BMore Lifestyle down in Baltimore to talk about how we can stay healthy while watching TV. Some snacks I choose to eat while watching TV are pretzels with Sabra hummus and I also like to dip some carrots and celery with the hummus as well. Also, we talk about how I make the most out of commercial breaks while watching TV. I make sure to keep my legs moving during the breaks by doing squats and lunges.
